Although custom and special orders may take longer, the typical order is ready to ship in 1-3 business days. If you have a required timeline, we'll do all we can to make sure you receive your order when needed. And, of course, you are always welcome to check in with us on the status of your order. If you’re in a big hurry for a custom order, ask about our Rush Fee.

Floor Boxes
Replacement parts are available for most models. Please contact us so we can assist with making sure you get what's needed.
Our self-trimming cover models have integral beveled edges to trim to the floor surface. if the cover will not be recessed (routed, in-set, etc.) into the floor surface then a self-trimming model is the correct choice.
Our flat cover models are specifically made for recessed cover applications. Anytime a cover needs to the recessed (routed into hardwood, in-set into time, etc.) a flat cover model is the correct choice. If the cover cannot or will not be physically recessed into the floor surface then flat cover models should not be used in order to avoid creating an unnecessary trip hazard.

Please visit our downloads page for the most current firmware version. Once on hand, the firmware is updated via the units web interface.
Setup is accessed via the IP address of the unit. If needed, your unit can be located via our EasyMix Discovery Tool available on our download page.
While we do not have a European distributor for the EasyMix Series it is available for order and shipping from the States. Please contact us and we'll assist with determining the best procurement option for you.
